How KBM Shipping Began
KBM Shipping — derived from the names Kannappan, Babu and Mani — has its roots in a family-led shipping and logistics business founded by Mr. Kannappan.
The business was built with the involvement of his sons, Mr. K. Babu and Mr. K. Mani, carrying forward the family's commitment to the shipping industry.
Following the passing of Mr. Kannappan and the subsequent departure of Mr. K. Mani from the business, Mr. K. Babu took over the complete operations in 2005. Since then, he has been the driving force behind KBM Shipping and continues to operate the company as its sole proprietor.
Over the years, KBM Shipping has grown through experience, reliability and a strong understanding of cargo movement and logistics. Today, the company continues to serve customers with the same family-driven approach, handling shipments ranging from everyday commodities to highly specialized and oversized cargo.
